Omi beef has a 400-year history that is overwhelmingly long compared to other Wagyu beef. During the Edo period, beef was offered to the Shoguns. Beef raised in the land of Omi, which is characterized by its delicate umami and fat taste, was boiled softly over two days with beer brewed in Nagahama. The unique aroma of local beer and the high-quality lipids spread to your mouth, and you can feel the climate of Omi with one dish.
