We do not accept day-trip bathing.

There is a free shuttle bus between JR Nagahama Station and the hotel (reservation not required).

Please use the smoking space on the second floor. All guest rooms are non-smoking.

The parking lot is located next to the hotel (there is a ticketing machine at the entrance).
Parking fee 500 yen per car per night※You can park for 30 hours from the entrance.

- Do you have a coin laundry?
There is a coin laundry (4 cars) on the first floor.
Washing-drying: 600 yen/120 minutes
Washing only: 400 yen/35 minutes

There is no microwave oven.
- Do you have rental bicycles?
Electric assist bicycles (2 units) are available.
Please tell us at the front desk on the day (reservation is not possible).
It may not be available depending on the rental status.

- Are you ready for a cake for an anniversary or birthday?
We don't have any cakes.
- Do you have room clothes?
Roomware (Yukata) is prepared in the room and can be used in all buildings.
Children's yukata is not available in the room. It is available in the lobby on the first floor.- Do you have a crib, bed guard, or baby bath?
We don't have a bed guard or baby bath.
The number of cribs is limited, but are available at the dining venue.- Can I check my baggage?
Please use the dial-type self-locker in the lobby on the first floor for luggage storage before arrival and after departure.
- Do you have any amenities in your room?
Only a toothbrush is available in the guest room.
Other combs, shaving, and cotton sets are available in the lobby on the first floor.- Can I bring my bicycle to my room?
You can bring it to the guest room in a rowing bag.
You can also use the bicycle parking lot under the eaves next to the hotel entrance door.
