About the public bath
- Do you have any amenities in the public bath?
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, milky lotion, cleansing oil are available.
- Is it possible to take a day bath?
We do not accept day trip bathing.
About pick-up
- Do you have a pick-up?
There is a free shuttle bus between JR Nagahama Station and the hotel (reservation is not required).

- Is there a smoking area?
Please use the smoking area on the second floor. All rooms are non-smoking.
- Is there a parking lot?
The parking lot is located next to the hotel (the ticketing machine is at the entrance).

※You can enter and exit as many times as you like during your stay- Please tell me the business hours of the public bath.

- Do you have a coin laundry?
There is a coin laundry (4 units) on the first floor.
Laundry to Dry: 600 yen / 120 minutes
Laundry only: 400 yen / 35 minutes
Dry only: 100 yen- Do you have a microwave oven?
It is located in the lobby on the first floor, so please use it freely.
- Do you have a bicycle rental?
Electric assist bicycles (2) are available.
Please ask at the front desk on the day (reservation is not possible).
It may not be available depending on the loan status.

- Can you prepare cakes for anniversaries and birthdays?
Please contact the hotel directly.
- Do you have room clothes?
- Room wear (Yukata length 140cm) is available in the room and can be used in all rooms.Children's yukata is not available in the room. It is available in the lobby on the first floor.
- Do you have cribs, bed guards and baby baths?
We don't have a baby bath.
The number of bed guards is limited, but they are available.
The number of cribs is limited, but they are available at the dining venue.- Can I leave my luggage?
For luggage storage before arrival and after departure, please use the dial-type self-locker in the lobby on the first floor.
- Do you have any amenities in the room?
Only toothbrushes are available in the guest room.
For other combs, shavings and cotton sets, please speak to the front staff.- Can I bring my bicycle into my room?
You can bring it to the guest room in a circular bag.
You can also use the bicycle parking lot under the eaves next to the hotel entrance door.
