A dinner buffet where you can enjoy a variety of modern dishes that make use of the ingredients and food culture unique to the area.
You can enjoy a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese, including the colorful and gorgeous "Monaka Sushi". Drinks such as beer, wine, soft drinks are also free flow.
Please eat slowly while talking about your discoveries and excitement during your trip.

<Breakfast buffet>
Our breakfast buffet offers Western and Japanese cuisine, including Kita Biwako specialties like trout caught from the clear streams of the Samegai Valley and local vegetables,
or a more Western-inspired Escabeche using marinated sweetfish and smelt. Or treat yourself to mini hot dogs and pancakes and customize them with your favorite toppings and sauces.
