Fermented Food Making Experience
We will make fermented foods happily together with "Fermentation Okan", which is working to pass on the fermentation culture. It is a fun until the day to use local vegetables, soy sauce, koji and what ingredients to use.
Okan will tell you how to make it, so even first-time people can participate with confidence. The fermented foods you make can also be fermented in Nagahama and Kinomoto and delivered to your home when it is time to eat.

Fermented lunch made by Okan with affection
After the experience, please enjoy a lunch full of affection from Okan. From traditional local things to those that make use of Okan ideas, the content varies depending on the day. There are abundant varieties such as "fermented sandwiches" and "Sengoku-yaki rice balls" using Sansho miso.
